ChatterBlocker v1.2.0

New features and changes :

• Added delayed mode ⏲️ ( adds a threshold amount of delay to release events but fixes absolutely everything )
• Added --gamemode and --delayed flags 🚩

Notes :

This new version might have more cpu overhead but since i have a beafy cpu i dont notice it if you do notice it and don't need the delayed mode feel free to use the old version and pls contact me about it :)
