Issue description

If you want to add pam modules, you can't use the preexisting config as there is no method to insert lines anywhere other than the start or the end, which doesn't work for the majority of modules. The only solution I've found is to specify the whole text of /etc/pam.d/<file>, but this means that any changes to the original text don't get carried over.
