proprietary stuff in OpenSpades

There may be proprietary stuff with an unclear license in the OpenSpades package. Graphics and sounds from the original Ace of Spades, I believe. There's absolutely no license on them, even though the community has been using them for 8 years.

From what I understand, those assets are downloaded at compile time. There's an option not to download them, but I don't know exactly which assets are libre and which are not, so I can't tell whether they're in your package. I also don't know how playable the game is without them.
