Force AES key generation on the factory reset, so that at least in this case the separate AES key generation would not be needed.

This would eliminate completely the transient non-working state of the device, when the AES keys were removed from the smart card, and the EV/PWS unlocking do not work anymore, until the AES key generation is called once again.
