Project mainteance?

Looking back a little ways, it looks like there is a pretty significant backlog of PRs.

And it is no longer even possible to sign the Individual Contributor License Agreement linked here, and in CONTRIBUTING.md.

Is the current backlog just due to the people at Nike being temporarily unavailable due to other commitments / projects, with the expectation that sometime in the next few months there will be someone who can actively review / merge issues and PRs?

Or would there be interest in moving the project to a somewhat wider maintainer base including people outside of Nike? Ideally not just a fork, but something allowing developers / other companies using the tool to more easily contribute not just fixes, but manpower towards the general maintenance tasks.

I am no longer at Nike, so I can't speak to what the maintenance situation is or merge PR's. I'll ping some folks and ask them to chime in here.

Sorry for the delay in response. The team's had other priorities the last few months, but we'll be carving out dedicated time to get through the backlog of issues and PRs.
