[FEATURE] Add settings menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like more control over different features of the app, so having a page that allows me to do that would be nice. This could also be a landing spot for new configurable features such as assigning colors to different tasks, renaming tasks, swapping color palettes, and so on.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a button that opens a new screen which contains a list of options.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Opening a new activity which contains the list of options
• Opening a new compose screen in the MainActivity when the button is pressed
• Having the settings icon open a pop-up for different page specific options instead of a whole activity. This may still be useful, but perhaps this also can link to a settings activity or open a larger, more comprehensive settings page.
