Describe the bug
When adding a custom location to add cors headers the proxy host became offline:

Can also confirm that this is still an issue and looks to have been one for months now. The popular solution does not seem to work for me running in docker. Will this be addressed in the next production release?

For docker based npm installations a downgrade to 2.10.4 has worked for me.

Just stop npm, make a backup of your custom /data volume and downgrade to jc21/nginx-proxy-manager:2.10.4

Try 2.11.2, at least for me, that solved my issues!
