#Nextpeer Source Code License ###("License") Background: this License is based on the BSD (3 clause) License but has one important difference. The Nextpeer SDK (which is available for download at http://www.nextpeer.com and is subject to its own separate license) must be used in any work or distribution that includes this software (whether in source or binary form). This License therefore has a 4th condition.
