Agenda

Introduction: 9:10 – 9:30

• Welcome and overview of the day's activities.

Brainstorming: 9:30 – 10:30

• Collaborative session to generate ideas and discuss potential projects.

Formulate Problem Statements: 10:30 – 11:00

• Define clear and concise problem statements based on brainstorming session.

Refine Problem Statements & Solutions: 11:00 – 12:30

• Improve and finalize problem statements.
• Develop potential solutions.

Lunch: 12:30 – 1:30

• Break for lunch.

Hack: 1:30 – 5:00

• Begin coding and developing solutions.

Demo: 5:00 – 5:30

• Present completed projects and solutions.

Feedback Loop

• Throughout the second half of the day, update loops will occur with Ba’s to show progress and provide feedback.
