At the moment, for anything larger than a simulation with very simple elements, the lems-graph option is not very useful---it'll be good to be able to improve it to for example only show one or a few select components that the user can specify.

Another note: why can't one generate a lems graph of a component without specifying anything Runnable? Is this something we can allow?
