更新到1.2.8 node_modules 的with-weapp包里没有triggerEvent 的相关代码，麻烦看下代码是否发布上去了

1.2.8 发包的时候还没有 c4fc12d 这个 commit

Taro v1.2.13 这个版本又出现这个问题了

应该到
207bcdf
才是有效修复。目前还没发版。

1.2.12 版本没有问题，刚刚更新到1.2.13就出来这个问题了
