Objective

Currently, alarm volume starts at the current device volume and then unintelligently increases volume incrementally. A better method may be to start at a set level and increase to specific volume levels.

Initial Implementation Requirements

  • (optionally) start alert volume at a set level if escalation is enabled
  • Prevent Messages requesting to incrementing volume once at 100%
