I am encountering the same, looks like the download step is what is failing for me because there is no aarch64 matching download. Wanted to add in this comment in case it helps the maintainer. I get the above errors after a rerun so need to manually delete the filesystem and 0 byte ubuntu tar to see the root cause error. Thoughts for link to use to download for samsunch S10 and likely all other samsung phones?
