steps upgrade sia wallet Error

Dear
I have Upgrade 1.3.2 to 1.3.3 but wallet error no sys late:
I canot open or Recover Seed.
Error:
error when calling /wallet/init/seed: cannot init from seed until blokchain is synced
error when calling /wallet/seep/seed: cannot seep from seed until blokchain is synced

please help me.

The error tells you what the issue is - you're not fully synchronized and you need to let Sia finish syncing before you can do anything.
