This morning, a load of miners started to behaving strangely as outlined in NebraLtd/hm-config#63.

As a quick hot-fix, I simply disabled the pulling of the latest docker file in NebraLtd/hm-miner@50ceb3c.

However, we need to investigate this further as the roll back didn't solve it.

Issue is with change in how public keys are output to file.... Used to be on one line, now on 3 separate lines

Fixed in hm-diag and hm-config
