Nebra Indoor Miner Not Working

Can somebody help me please, I wrote to support, open a ticket (49652) received initial response from Jacqui but that was it and now still no reply, i have a nebra miner which was working before, but now there is no activity from them, on the unit yellow is on and no green light and not nic lights or bluetooth. I did try to mount the device on USB using usbboot but it always fails to mount the device as a mass storage (Done on MacOS). I also did try I did try flashing an SD-Card which cause it to get on the network but nothing more. Not sure what i need to do please someone help me.
