Theme Colour Not Applied to Custom Icons

Describe the bug

Theme colour is not applied to custom icons (beta feature)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Apply a custom icon pack
2. Apply Themed Icons
3. Apply a custom icon
4. Change background color so theme colour chabges

Expected behavior
When you have an auto changing background (I use paperize) the default icons auto change colour but the custom applied ones don't

Further investigation seems to show that the the theme colour is reapplied to normal icons only on app restart. So if my background changes automatically the icon pack doesn't pick up the new colour. Custom icons keep the original colour regardless of a theme colour change or restart.

I can also confirm this behavior, using KISS from fdroid
