On the home page, there's a headline with the title: Choose the flavor you love. Below that title, there are a series of frameworks: React, Vue, and so on.
When I want to choose the framework that fits my needs, I clicked on its icon and I expected the website will redirect me to the documentation for that framework but it stills on the home page.
From an accessibility perspective, the icons look like interactive elements because they have a pointer state when the users hover the mouse.
Also, when you say Choose from a list, it means each technology has its own documentation.
