Supplementary materials of metallic concentrator

Section 3.2. Metallic Concentrator is the only section in Chapter 3 that lacks a counterpart in Supplementary materials. Have you decided this section does not need supplementary materials or is it currently under preparation, @stevengj, @oskooi?

I think Wenchao was referring to Rasmus's @raelch section on Raman scattering?

@WenjieYao also contributed to that section and uploaded his design in the Focusing2D folder.
In addition, there are two designs in Figure 4(c), but Figure 4(b) only involves Rasmus's design while the Focusing2D folder only contains Wenjie's design.
