The step-db field update in cylindrical coordinates for
|m| > 1simulation includes two separate cases specified by theaccurate_fields_near_cyloriginboolean parameter of theSimulationobject constructor. This PR adds a missing unit test for this feature. The new test is similar to the test added in #2383 which verifies that the radiated flux from a point source converges with runtime.
