UI: Syncs reorder when start/pause

The syncs tab within a connection has buttons for starting and pausing syncs. When you press them the list seems to reload, but the order of the syncs is not stable: I had it change often when I paused a sync.
This makes it very hard to start/pause multiple syncs efficiently because they keep shuffling under your nose :)

I think we should add some sort of sort on the list that makes the order stable between refreshes & sync state changes.
