Rear motors of my wave share Jet racer ai kit(non pro) not running

hello everyone ,
My issue is when i try to run the basic motion examples the jet racer rear motors are not running even though i do car.throttle=1 and car.throttle_gain=0.8. I get no response from it. I have checked my connections and also checked the motors and they are all good , i am not getting any kind of error also from the code side, what should i do .

my car just won't run , the servo motors run correctly, i'm having problem only with the dc motors
