ModifyEnergyPlusCoilCoolingDXSingleSpeedObjects is creating IDF files that fail

Simulation fails on user model (not test model) see if I can udpate test to reflect this. Need to save idf and then run E+ (maybe short year)

This is used by BuildingSync which is upgrading to newer OS. Make sure to update the min version in meaxure.xml to 3.4
