Some .cal files missing from release

I was running my benchmark on a new machine after installing the 5.0.a.12 binary release, and it seems that picture.cal and dirt.cal are missing from radiance/lib. I didn't do an exhaustive search for other missing files.

Indeed @markstock, those files are not in the source tree, nor are they in the "supplemental files archive" anymore. So needless to say they are not getting baked into the NREL packages. Not sure where they went or when. Perhaps we could take this over to radiance-dev?
