Issue overview

• SpaceData and ZoneData each have 3 floor areas, UserEnteredFloorArea, FloorArea, and CalcFloorArea. Can you imagine having UserEnteredCoilCapacity, CoilCapacity and CalcCoilCapacity. Could probably get rid of at least one of these in the future. Support Space for Infiltration and Ventilation #9564 (review) (Fixed in Fix Zone Mixing with Spaces and Space Part 4 Followup #10669 )
• Eliminate Zone.OfType the declaration comment says it's not used and it seems to always = 1. But it is used in some if statements and is part of the zone eio and sql output. • Picky out of scope comment. The table column "Natural Ventilation" above applies to the ZoneVentilation:DesignSpecification object results that has these choices. Support Space for Infiltration and Ventilation #9564 (comment)
