User specified folder for MOM/D2E transfer data

Hi,
W10 desktop user here. Is there a way to path the initial MOM/D2E data transfer to a user specified folder? I have Valkyrie installed to D:\valkyrie, and Steam is D:\steam. But I noticed a huge 1.3gb file transfer from steam to C:\users\appdata\roaming. I couldn't find a setting file to modify the transfer path. Any help? I need to keep C: free of bulk game files.
