@StephenGriffies, the passage definitions need to be adjusted for the 0.5° model. It does not look like they extend fully across the passages in some cases.

Yes @adcroft, same issue as #90.

I've attached a figure from a more recent run (July 2017). I saved it off at 300 dpi, so you should be able to make it quite large for viewing.
