Would it be possible to disuse w3nco in favor of w3emc? w3nco is considered deprecated and should be avoided when possible; w3emc is intended to work as a replacement. I am able to build all 8 executables with w3emc instead of w3nco by updating the cmake config, but I don't know how to test AQM utils and therefore haven't attempted to.
