skip-video-codec doesn't appear to work

I'm including --skip-video-codec libx265 but it's still transcoding x265 videos. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong?

Nevermind, it was me not putting the proper codec as ffmpeg sees it in, I assumed libx265 was more general than it is. I added hevc along with libx265 and it's skipping items properly.
