你好，我想请教一下，论文中所说的可变码率的设计，即伸缩因子(Scaling Factors)，具体在代码哪个地方？我没有找到，想学习一下具体是怎么操作的。谢谢！

你好，在这个实现中没有加入可变码率的部分，这一部分的代码我开源在了另一个可变码率压缩项目中供参考。谢谢！
