What is meant by a "KP Test Runner"? Is that a TRAPI-query enabled runner?

I mean a Test Runner that takes tests from the Test Harness and sends queries directly to KPs. These would probably be P/F tests, either the KP returns the expected result or it didn't. I included "convert" in the title because we might be able to use an existing testing service to do this (SRI_Testing)

I suspect that SRI_Testing could be cloned or adapted to this task...
