💪 Motivation

Discipline node don't have enough space to keep all datasets online and archive some of them (e.g. on tape, glacier). The API should enable the users to find these products metadata and necessary information (contact) to access them.

This will most likely require sister tickets in the registry-mgr to be able to tag specific LIDVIDs that are going offline either using a file list.
