Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When there is no DOI URL associated with a data product, no link is provided in the CASEI UI for users to access the data. See examples below:

data_products_w_doi
Data product with DOI

data_product_wo_doi
Data product without DOI

Describe the solution you'd like
If no DOI URL is provided, we would like the CMR URL to be provided. I believe this is always provided in the backend, so it should always be available.
