R3F: Add a "compass" helper for r3f

Add a helper similar to the 3d drei gizmo for displaying true north with options for keeping a top-down view vs a 3d view that follows the ground orientation of the current ellipsoid. Needs to be included inside the relevant tiles renderer component.

Could include buttons for toggling a 2d top-down view, ortho toggle, reorientation to north-up.
