I am trying to set up mimic on a Windows 10 laptop. When I run autogen.sh (on Cygwin), I am getting the following error:

./autogen.sh: line 3: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
'/autogen.sh: line 3: `case `uname` in Darwin*) glibtoolize --copy ;;

I dont think any invalid or restricted characters are being used. What could be causing this?
