CircleCI Deploy Key Needed #82

The current CircleCI build workflow cannot complete due to the necessity of an SSH deploy key - which does not seem to exist.

An Admin needs to generate an SSH deploy key for this repository and add it to the Circle config for the project here: https://app.circleci.com/settings/project/github/MyUNiDAYS/competency-framework/ssh
