DATABASE: Link database to processes

Description

Link database to all processes which needs to interaction with database such as registration and etc.

List of functionality requirements

• Link start process with account registration
  • Create a record in accounts table when user clicks start
• Link the subscription process
  • Create a record in tg_subscriptions when user clicks start with telegram channel id
  • Show user menu with post suggestion in channels
