Description

Channel post suggesting system. Send to all admins with selected channel for post suggestion the suggested post from user. Create inline keyboard with 2 buttons such as "Accept" and "Descline"

List of functionality requirements

• Describe event post.suggest.event.ts
• Check if bot have permission send messages in channel, send message if it doesn't have permission
• Fetch admin list of the channel by id
• Send message to all admins
• If somebody already made the actions on post delete the message which was sent to all admins
