zotero7加载引用卡住 #299

当在zotero 7中加载引用的时候，会让pdf页面卡得几乎无法翻动。
另外经常会提示Fail in API references, please try again later。

容易出现这种情况的论文标题为“Chain-of-Thought Prompting Elicits Reasoning in Large Language Models”，可能是这篇论文比较长，有43页。
