BUG: Large OME.TIFF files not registering

Describe the issue:

I have large AVI files (around 212 GB) that I converted to OME.TIFF with fiji, still a fairly large size, well over 4 GB. When I add the file to the directory, it says converting to binary for a while before either crashing my PC or giving me some type of error.

Reproduce the code example:

NOTE: ScanImageTiffReader not working for this tiff type, using tifffile
