[bug] 通知取色和图标还不是很完美... #298

用了那个根据图标取色的通知，还不完美，还想要改进改进，比如强制通知中的头像圆形，当显示未读数时，小圆圈取色失效
图一为Element的即时通知

图二为Outlook的邮件通知

还需要一个通知取色为动态颜色的选项

图1的通知要怎么构造，我好像没怎么遇到过，message类型的通知？
动态颜色是指monet吗？这个直接主题是不是就可以搞定了？

图1的是置顶的通知，有快速回复菜单的
动态颜色是monet，不清除有没有主题可以搞定

我的是Android 13, MIUI14
还有一张，是Outlook锁屏邮件通知（仅内容隐藏状态下小圆圈取色不生效
