Opening logs or crashDumps folder using the link in the settings fails

The problem:

The Diagnostics tab in the settings menu provides links to quickly open the logs or crashDumps folder in file explorer. At least, that's what I am assuming is supposed to happen. When I click the links, they fail to open.

To Reproduce:

1. Open settings
2. Go to Diagnostics tab
3. Click the "logs" or "crashDumps" link at the bottom.
4. Observe the following error:

ShellExecute 'c:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Local/ModOrganizer/Skyrim Special Edition/logs' failed (error 2).

Environment:

• Mod Organizer Version 2.5.0, revision 22714e5
• Windows 11
