Migrate cited Shell notes to GitHub #4
Comments
@davidlmobley |
Excellent, thanks. This had been on my list to get going on but I hadn't done anything; this should provide the impetus to start migrating. |
(If you don't mind I'll ping you once I start putting them up there and you can perhaps check for me to make sure I haven't botched anything, etc.) |
Sounds good to me. |
This is punted indefinitely -- still a good thing to do someday, but not happening very soon. |
@JIMonroe - in your section you cite some specific notes from Scott Shell; can you give the URL of the ones you are referencing? Scott has given us permission to migrate these to GitHub, and I was going to be migrating them to here: https://github.com/kofkeLab/Mol-Sim-Intro . I will prioritize migrating this specific set of notes (crediting Scott for authorship of course) so we can cite it in our paper
(Tangentially, David Kofke and I are also working on migrating other content to the above repo, including Kofke's older introductory Molecular Simulation material, though I've only been making slow progress on it.)
