Text is clipped on resource pack options menu

To Reproduce
Navigate to Options -> Resource packs

Expected behavior
A clear and concise explanation of how to enable resource packs

I also believe more can be done graphically to distinguish this options menu. For instance, it's not clear at a glance what's going on, or that their position to the right or left matters, at least to me it came across more as just a list of packs.

I'd advocate for something like this.
