Acceptance Criteria:
Ranked/instant Run-off voting (multi-winner):

• Given that the user is in the proposal voting phase,

• When they scroll to the proposals list,

• Then they should have a list of proposals to choose from and rank to vote on:

  • Provide a list of available proposals
  • User can choose up to 12 proposals
  • Add the option to see the user vote status (private)
  • Automated/real-time voting results should be provided

• Set up ranked/instant run-off voting system

• Integrate with proposal voting system

• Run Ranked vote/Instant run-off vote ballot

• Finalize backend infrastructure for voting

• Provide voting results transparency

• Perform initial testing
