The links under Reference node for Key Vault should point to overview pages for reference content, not reference docs for the mgmt plane package #67670

The Reference node in the TOC on the left has nodes for API reference docs for various languages.
The ones for Java and Node.js takes you to the overview page for the service from where one can choose the package for which they want the reference docs.
But, the ones for .Net and Python takes you to the API reference docs for the management plane package instead

The right links to use are:

Found during the bug bash in Azure/azure-sdk-for-python#15110
