terraform destroy/apply fails

TerraForm users are impacted with this change. On-demand re-spins fail. And unlike KeyVault where soft delete is optional, there is currently no setting to turn it off. Do you have plans to have a switch for this feature?

@marcpascual That is some great feedback! But currently there is no such plans yet might be a good feature/option to be considered for a future release. I encourage you to leave your valuable feedback at our user voice forum and up vote the request to get some counts on it from other customers and some traction from the product group.
