Native Editor - Switching the file type of a new file to Jupyter does not launch the native editor #3021

When you create a new file, and switch the file type to Jupyter, it doesn't launch the native editor

Can we be notified when the user chooses the jupyter format? If so this may hold the key.

Also change the name of the jupyter file type to be Jupyter. and an icon if possible.
