Native editor - Arrow down not working on last line of editor if line wrapped

Put editor into focused mode
Arrowing down through an editor should move to the next cell.

Doesn't work if the last line is wrapped.

This bug is serious for markdown cells. Go ahead and try to edit the last line of a markdown cell if it's wrapped. Go ahead, I dare you. :)
