Code lens "Add New Cell" at the bottom of the file.
Enable ALT-ENTER

@ronglums ronglums changed the title ALT+ENTER should be tied to creating a new cell Challenging to figure out how to add a new cell Jun 29, 2019

We did not add code lens at the end of the file because it didn't look good.
Instead, we added code snippets to add cells, instruction comments at the top of the file when we import notebooks, and added the ALT+ENTER command.
